Saturday, March 11th

Meditation with Jess

10am-11am

Tap into the stillness that is always inside you. Take 60 minutes for yourself and leave refreshed and relaxed. We'll start the session with breathwork, followed by meditation in a seated or reclined position. The emphasis is on rest and recovery for your mind, body, and spirit.

All Levels Flow with Jess

12pm-1pm

In this all-levels vinyasa class you'll be encouraged to flow your own way as we warm the body through a series of standing and balancing sequences, then hit the deck for some deep stretching and a long, restorative savasana.

Acro 101 with Tricia & Andre

2pm-3pm

Get the tools you need to safely experience the joys of partner acrobatics. Andre and Tricia will show you how to base, fly, and spot in a supportive environment.

Sunday, March 12th

Foundations of Yoga with Abby

12pm-1pm

Foundations is The BE's class for beginners or anyone interested in refining their knowledge of postures and alignment, basic breath work, and meditation. Abby will lead you slowly through foundational postures and ideas central to yoga, building heat through balancing, deliberate action, and long holds, rather than through continuous movement.
